The Center for Business Information Support in Lviv invites entrepreneurs to train "Growth Business Management". The project is aimed at developing the business environment of Ukraine with the support of the EBRD.
In your own business, it is important to evaluate all risks and opportunities in a timely manner. Analyze what steps and decisions you need to take in order for your business to grow and make a profit, the product gets better and the consumer prefers your brand. The program is designed specifically for owners and key business managers of the light industry, woodworking and brand-name industries.
At the training, entrepreneurs will acquire the skills needed to effectively manage the company or brand at the stage of active growth. They can define and work out their business business model, identify the root business problems, evaluate prospects and opportunities for growth, gain practical knowledge for expanding business opportunities, process their own cases and create a business development plan.
