VIII International Summer Festival "Pizzicato e Cantabile"
This year, for the eighth time, the VIII International Summer Festival "Pizzicato e Cantabile" is taking place in the walls of the Lviv National Philharmonic named after Myroslav Skoryk. Its founder and director is always the famous Ukrainian organist Olena Matselyukh. The name of the festival "Pizzicato e Cantabile" is two opposite methods of playing musical instruments - sharp plucking of strings and smooth leading of a melody. These words are known to every musician, because it is thanks to their combination that beautiful music is born. ©
