Let's meet the annual Cheese and Wine Festival!
It would seem that what combines Lviv residents with cheese and wine? However, few people today know that four centuries ago, the climate in Lviv was so warm that the vineyards on the southern slopes of the High Castle, Lychakov, and then on the hills of Kaiserwald, all the way to Vinniky, gave Lviv residents more than a hundred barrels of wine annually. In addition, Lviv residents enjoyed exquisite Italian, Cretan, Spanish and Hungarian wine, as Lviv was a major trade center.
Every day, October 21-23, 2022, at the "Saint of Cheese and Wine", guests will be able to visit a large Cheese and Wine Fair, which will feature products from both large producers and importers, as well as regional organic products.
In addition to tasting and selling, the "Feast of Cheese and Wine" will offer to prepare various cheese dishes independently and with the whole family!
